I'm so happy it didn't get demo'd! The city has plenty of run down residences that it should be condemning and forcing tearing down, not concerning themselves with this one.

Glad they were able to get everything worked out - I can remember at the time the homeowner said he had $2.4 million invested when the city declared it a nuisance which reminded me of the McKennan Park home fiasco
