well that's an easy solution don't shop in the city anymore or go there to eat dinner. there is plenty of other places to shop and get dinner at WITH FREE PARKING!! the city should of charged from the beginning not ten years later after the parking garages were built. it's a piss pore excuse to say they need to money for maintenance for the garages years after they were built. Why was it not thought of when they built them... Just more Democrats sticking there dirty filthy hands in our pockets to keep us blue colar class in the pore house!!!
