can someone tell me how anything in Birmingham can be racist when it is 68%black only 24% white,and when it was being built it was 95% black and 4th Street was not an area of black owned homes at that time so how again was this road a racist thing,although I do agree it is crazy all these years later to have one way streets for any city and needs to be fixed,but stop trying to play politics with race baiting tactics when it makes no sense at all.
