    Heartlinks annual Spring Celebration now bigger and better with a Block Party

    PROSSER, Wash. -- Heartlinks is hosting a fundraiser, formerly known as Spring Celebration, will now be a Block Party.

    The block party is set to be April 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Winemarker's Loft located at 357 Port Avenue. Reservations are open until April 19 and can be purchased on Heartlinks webiste.

    Reservations are $20 or tickets will be available at the door for $30.

    100% of the entrance fee will be donated to Heartlinks and additional donations are still appreciated.

    Attendees can enjoy wine from Prosser's Vintner's Village, music from Country artist Cale Moon, and dancing. Dinner and dessert can be purchased from Big Weezy’s BBQ or Cascade Crust Woodfired Pizza and Chukar Cherries.

    Chocolate sales from Chukar Cherries will be donated to Heartlinks.

    Attendees who donate $20 or more will receive a commemorative wine glass, discounts, tastings at nine wineries and something sweet from Sister to Sister on the Avenue.

    “The staff at Heartlinks perform a service to patients and their families that few people are capable of providing,” says Bill Hamlin, owner of title sponsor Custom Bottling and Filtering. “The service provided by Heartlinks personnel is with compassion and understanding of end-of-life care.

    Shelby Moore, executive director of Heartlinks, emphasizes the importance of community support: “Events like the Block Party allow us to continue offering these essential services. Without our title sponsor, Custom Bottling and Filtering, and our other amazing sponsors, this event would not be possible.”
