we pay plenty of taxes to pay employees. This isn't Jason's proposal. This is Dillon Moran's proposal. It has to go through Jason's office though. Moran is running the city. If you don't think so, just take a look at what he does and says to people in these city council meetings. The council Are the ones getting all these people riled up? They need to be reined in.
