    wonder if it's with Gretchen's $250 million to go to only a few contractors to build only 1000 low income units. that's $250,000 EACH, is this what she calls low income affordability?? how about 4,166 brand new $60,000 tiny houses or even brand new mobile homes and house 4 TIMES as many and TRUELY AFFORDABLE for actual low income Gretchen??!!
