how does a guy who lives 400 miles away operate a development?? this sounds a money scam to me. it was told that the hoa have members on the board with whom live in the development. every 6 months transparency meeting are to be held and no board or function member can remain in position over 2 year's? so with that being said everyone file a writ of habeas corpus to produce the body. meaning he be brought to Delaware regardless of which state he is other then in corpse status. the homeowners here have the right to stop their monthly payments and put them in an escrow account. upon filing any legal matters. shall this guy in Connecticut not receive his payment I'm sure he will show up voluntarily
