Recent Paulding County grand jury indicts seven persons

PAULDING — A Paulding County grand jury has indicted the following persons, according to Prosecutor Joe Burkard’s office:

• Everett Mowery, 42, Oakwood, for rape, a first-degree felony. He allegedly compelled a female victim to engage in sexual conduct on Jan. 10.

• Mark Barrett Sr., 55, Paulding, for aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

• Joshua Brown, 37, Paulding, for theft from a person in a protected class, a fourth-degree felony.

• Brandon Decker, 26, Grover Hill, for domestic violence, a third-degree felony; and strangulation, a fourth-degree felony.

• Brevin Luna, 20, Lima, for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony.

• Noah Kline, 24, Haviland, for ethnic intimidation, a fifth-degree felony.

• Sheri Kraegel, 37, Antwerp, for identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony; and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a first-degree misdemeanor.
