NEW YORK CITY, — Golden Mall, an Asian food court that has been attracting people from the Three Kingdoms period for the best tasting food, is making a huge jump from the original location in Queens to the Melting Pot of Manhattan Financial District. This move is a direct response to the opening of the flagship store in Flushing, Queens in last July, after $2 million of makeover works.

This mall was founded in 1990 and since then it has been a place for Chinese expats as well as food enthusiasts of New York to commune in search of their charm and nourishment. The joint mainly put Ningbo city in the spot light and put tastes of Thailand, Taiwan, and Sichuan into the mouths of everyone, resulting in the restaurants like Hairy Crab, Xi’an Famous Foods, and Lanzhou Handmade Noodles became launched to the world.

The new Brooklyn building will occupy a seven-floor, 32,000-square-foot building; it promises the best mix of basic and traditional food stands. This has been noted in the recent write-up in the New York Times. The Chenth family, owners of the Golden market since 2000, are prepared to revive its venerable appeal, a combination of classic and trendy tastes. Neon's were a striking element of the renovation, and though the past setting in the Queens was utilitarian, it was simple and elegant.

While various parameters are analyzed to determine any change in the taste of a dish, the influence of a food hall on New York’s culinary landscape is undeniable. The opening of eateries like Legendary Bakery and Mala Laoma, offering Taiwanese treats and mala dry pot dishes, respectively, has definitely added to the cultural flavor of this mall. My visits to this place aren’t complete without meeting famous chefs like the late Anthony Bourdain and chef Eric Ripert, the latter being one of the owners of Mala Laoma.

    Conclusion:
Not just flavors that have fascinated millions in a last decade, but also new trends in cuisine are guaranteed as Golden Mall follows its strategic goal - a food court that will catch your imagination. Discussion for older customers' palates is not solely supposed to also become a new audience to the Asian cuisine which has a rich, intricate texture aspect. Lately years, Golden Mall was undergoing a face-lift which is a great example of its stability and timelessness in the city that is considered a birthplace for dynamic cultures and art.
