    One for the money…

Did you ever have a craving for some comforting Lasagna but thought it is just too time consuming to make? So, you purchase the frozen brand at the grocery store (Ugh!), or pay a good price as a nice Italian restaurant. Here is one simple, easy, Lazy way of making Lasagna at home. The prep time is only 10 minutes and bake time around one hour. So, prep it and then relax while the aroma while baking fills your home!

    Here is your Shopping List:

    1. One 40 Oz bag of frozen ravioli. (I use the round Celentano brand as I find it full of tasty ricotta and with me, it’s all about the cheese!) Use any brand you’d like, i.e., Spinach and Ricotta, Meat, etc.)

    2. 1 Oz bag of Sargento (Shredded) Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese

    3. 1 Oz bag of Tillamook (or any other good brand shredded) Mozzarella Cheese

    4. Your Favorite Tomato Sauce (Or Gravy…hopefully, it’s from my recipe of last week)

    5. Sliced Meatballs (from my last recipe of Meatballs and Gravy)

    Heat oven to 400 degrees

Take a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish and cover with Gravy.

Take the frozen ravioli and layer it on top of the gravy. Add the sliced meatballs (or not. If you just want cheese lasagna, then you can skip this part).

Add some more of the tomato Gravy and then sliced meatballs.

Take the Mozzarella and Provolone cheese and put on top.

Put another layer of the frozen ravioli with another layer of Gravy (this is important because the gravy and the moisture from the frozen ravioli is what will cook the ravioli).

Spread another layer of Gravy on top of the ravioli.

Cover tightly with foil and put on a baking sheet and put into the preheated oven.

Bake for 45 mins to one hour until you see the sides bubbling.

Remove the foil (but save) and add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake for another 15 minutes and then change the setting to broil. Watch as the cheese browns (not too dark).

Remove from oven and lay the original foil on top so that the lasagna sets for 15 minutes.

Slice and serve for the most delectable “no fuss” Lasagna.

Serve with hot Tomato Gravy and Parmesan cheese on top.

To make the name apropos, eat in a recliner with a TV tray and your favorite binge-worthy program on the tube!
