Tigers splits series with Cavaliers

SPRING BRANCH – The Dripping Springs Tigers baseball team traveled to Lake Travis High School on Friday, April 12, to take on the Cavaliers. The Tigers were trying to sweep the Cavs after winning game 1 on Thursday night with a score of 3-0. On Friday night, the Cavaliers were up 4 to 0, through five innings.  In the top of the sixth inning, Tigers' Taylor Tracey knocked a homerun over the left field fence and brought in a run. However, the Tigers’ rally fell short and the final score was Cavaliers 4, Tigers 2. The Tigers will host the Del Valle High School Cavaliers on Friday, April 19.
