Ground solar installations should be banned in Vermont. They are extremely ugly to look at, are an environmental disaster for the land they sit on, are a reflection hazard for drivers, and the manufacturing of solar panels causes extreme environmental issues.

It seems that green energy always destroys our green environment and natural beauty along with the habitat of nature. look at China, they have thousands of acres covered in solar panels!
