Congratulations! But let's be objective. They should also thank the person who owned the property for contacting them and giving them a heads up. Also, anybody with sense knows that property is worth much more than what they paid for it, so the seller gave them a phenomenal price, which I'm sure they knew they were doing.I'm saying this to say that all white people are not bad, and we need to recognize those who are good and their efforts at times like this.
