Charge of possession dismissed for Hoehle

A felony charge of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance was dismissed against Daniel Gene Hoehle, 38, Little Falls, in Morrison County District Court. The charge stemmed from a March 5 incident.

The charges were dismissed because of a plea agreement involving another case in which he is being committed to prison for 21 months, according to County Attorney Brian Middendorf.
