    Former 4-Star Texas A&M Standout Isaiah Raikes Announces Transfer To SEC Program

    Former USC and Texas A&M defensive lineman Isaiah Raikes announced his commitment to Auburn. The 6-foot-1, 315-pound defensive lineman will have one year of eligibility remaining for the Tigers.

    Raikes entered the NCAA transfer portal in the first portal window and committed to USC. He re-entered the portal in April and ended his tenure with the Trojans before seeing the field.

    Raikes played for Texas A&M for four seasons, appearing in 42 career games. He recorded 43 total tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, and one forced fumble. He started five games over his tenure with the Aggies.

    Raikes signed with Texas A&M as a four-star prospect out of Richland, New Jersey. He was the No. 392 overall prospect and No. 45 defensive lineman in the class of 2020, according to the On3 industry rankings .

    He will join his former defensive coordinator, D.J. Durkin, at Auburn. Durkin served as the defensive coordinator at Texas A&M from 2022-23.
