On August 21, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a detective with the Coffee County Drug Unit was observing traffic on Hwy 21 North in the Oak Park Community when he noticed a Black GMC Pickup traveling south toward the city. The detective said he observed behavior that he believed to be an indicator of criminal behavior.
