Garlic and Herb Thin-Cut Pork Chops

Pan-seared pork chops are a delectable and succulent dish that requires minimal preparation time, making them an ideal choice for a quick weeknight meal.

    Ingredients:

    • 8 thin-cut boneless pork loin chops
    • 4 teaspoons of garlic and herb seasoning
    • 4 teaspoons of seasoning salt
    • 2 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons of canola oil

    Instructions:

Add 2 tablespoons of canola oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Dry the pork chops with paper towels, then generously season both sides with garlic and herb seasoning, seasoning salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

Place the pork chops in the hot skillet. Sear the chops for 6 to 8 minutes, or until a golden crust forms.

Carefully flip the pork chops over with a fork. Sear for an additional 4 to 6 minutes. Add extra oil if needed.

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the skillet and allow them to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

    Enjoy!
