Fing insane, they want to force landlord to pay for their tenants lawyer to fight justified evictions such as owning rent, being a nuisance or destruction of property. When a tenant or anyone is obviously at fault they should just own up to it and in a tenant's case, get the hell out. Are the elite residents pushing this part of the legal community by chance?

Colorado really needs to provide better job opportunities with better pay. The cost of living in Colorado right now, especially in Boulder County area along with other patts of Colorado is insanely high for no reason, Its actually currently the same as high as California. So many people in Colorado with full time jobs even with high amounts of experience seriously can’t even arfford to pay the rent anymore due to the insane rise in rent, grocery prices, utility bills, and also the low pay. In many jobs in Colorado the wages have not changed since 2019 including high experience jobs despite the insane inflation. Its insane how recently in Colorado so many people that work so hard with so much experience can’t even afford to live anymore and get treated like hobos.
