The people in st Landry parish can barely take care of themselves! The economy is horrible here. People trying to pay just pay cleco and pay the 11% sales taxes on things. They surely can’t afford to take care of a dog. I see so many dogs suffering in st Landry parish. People got these dogs tied up suffering. Maybe try sending them to shelters up north or something and the mayor in Opelousas surely doesn’t care!! Good luck!
