A particularly popular video shows the beloved golden retriever at the park with his human.

Although we don’t know all of the details leading up to the video, what we do know is this: Buddy didn’t know where his human had gone. In turn, he frantically searches for her everywhere. Amidst the other dogs and humans, it takes him a moment to do so. But as soon as he does, his reaction couldn’t be more wholesome!

The moment Buddy spots his human, he takes off running! Now that he’s locked eyes with her, there’s absolutely nothing that can get in his way. As soon as the two reunite, Buddy’s mom makes sure to give him some extra attention and love.
