Regular exercise: I have a stationary bicycle in the bedroom that makes for a great clothes hanger. There are some tools below that can make exercising more trackable, though, and make you more accountable.
Getting enough sleep: Did you know that poor sleep can disrupt hormones that regulate your appetite and metabolism? Neither did I until my friend told me while I was writing this article. But it’s true.
