– Shannon Michelle Allen, assault, dismissed at request of witness.

– Virgil Nicholas Benjamin, speeding 90 in a 70, reckless driving, dismissed per plea; driving while license revoked not DWI, reduced to failure to notify DMV of address change, $200, cost.

– Jessica Ann Berutti, speeding 86 in a 70, reduced to improper equipment, $200, cost, $195 attorney fee; driving while license revoked DWI revocation, dismissed.

– Justice W. Childress, possession of methamphetamine, dismissed per plea; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to time served, evidence ordered destroyed, cost, $195 attorney fee.

– Dale Richard Collins, consuming alcohol age 19/20, dismissed, civil.

– Jerry Wayne Cope Jr., assault on a female, dismissed, prosecuting witness failed to appear.

– Freddie Lee Davis, possession of methamphetamine, dismissed per plea; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 120 days to run with any sentence serving, evidence ordered destroyed, cost, attorney fee.

– Anthony R. Draughn, driving while license revoked not DWI, reduced to failure to notify DMV of address change, $25, cost; no liability insurance, dismissed per plea.

– Leigh Ann Fazio, misuse of 911 system, sentenced to one day, cost, $130 attorney fee; resisting officer, domestic criminal trespass, dismissed per plea.

– Desmin Edward Frazier, speeding 99 in 70, failure to wear seat belt, dismissed per plea; reckless driving, $500, cost.

– Melissa J. Hallock, assault, dismissed at request of prosecuting witness.

– Terence Jaron Harvey, speeding 97 in a 70, reduced to 79 in a 70, $600, cost.

– Ronald Allen Martin, DWI, sentenced to 90 days, suspended 18 moths, 48 hours community service/12 hours credit, credit for substance abuse assessment, surrender license, limited driving privilege, $200, cost; reckless driving, driving left of center, dismissed per plea.

– Jimmy Ray McKoin assault on female, dismissed.

– Margarita L. Nava, speeding 96 in a 70, reduced to 80 in a 70, $300, cost; no license, dismissed per plea.

– Johnathan Wayne Nix, false imprisonment, dismissed per plea; assault on female, sentenced to 45 days to run with sentence serving, cost, $162.50 attorney fee.

– Wesley Dale Smith, speeding 44 in a 25, reduced to 34 in a 25, $15, cost.

– Paul Lincoln Stewart, communicating threats, sentenced to 90 days, suspended 18 months, have no contact with victims nor be on their property, do not assault/threaten/harass victims, enroll in and complete anger management class, enroll in and complete CBI class, cost.

– Milton Turner Jr., misdemeanor secret peeping, reduced to second degree trespassing, cost.

– Larry Eugene West, communicating threats, dismissed at request of prosecuting witness.

– Jeanette Brooks Wrenn, open container alcohol violation, $100, cost; resisting public officer, 2 counts assault on a government official/employee, aid and abet impaired driving, dismissed per plea.
