DCPS needs to think about maybe changing the student code of conduct to hold students responsible for their behavior.(drugs, fights, harassment are a starting point) Also they need to start taking complaints of Teachers action seriously, then they wouldn't be apologizing to parents so often. Stop the covering up over all. A blurb on TV is not going to solve the issues of parents not wanting they children to attend a DCPS schools.
