The individual responsible for the killing of four law enforcement officers in Charlotte, North Carolina, has been identified as Terry Clark Hughes Jr., who was 39 years old. During an exchange of gunfire, a U.S. Marshals task force killed Terry Clark Hughes Jr. He was wanted for a felony charge of fleeing to elude arrest about an incident that occurred on January 6th in Lincoln County.
