Lindo Michoacan Set To Open May 2 At Palace Station Hotel And Casino

Palace Station will officially welcome the next location of Las Vegas’ storied Mexican restaurant Lindo Michoacan to the casino property when it opens its doors to the public at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 2. This new addition brings the flavors of Lindo Michoacan’s authentic cuisine to the heart of Palace Station, offering guests and locals alike lunch and dinner options within the resort’s culinary scene.

Located in the former Tacos & Tequila space, the new restaurant seats 106 guests and features booth seating and a warm rustic design aesthetic with pots, wares and light fixtures directly from Mexico In addition to the relaxed atmosphere, guests can relish in the same menu offerings. Offering traditional dishes such as enchiladas, tacos, sizzling fajitas, tableside guacamole and much more.

Just in time for Cinco de Mayo weekend, Lindo Michoacan will offer a variety of beverage specials starting Thursday, May 3 through Sunday, May 5. Drink specials include:

• Patrón margarita ($12)
• Bulldog, Coronorata made with Patrón Silver ($14)
• Bottled Beer and Patrón Silver shot ($14)
• Bucket of mix and match beers ($28) including Modelo Especial, Modelo Negra, Modelo Oro, Corona Extra, Corona Premier, Pacifico

Palace Station’s Latin Night is back and returns to the pool on Friday nights starting Thursday, May 3 where Lindo Michoacan will be serving their flautas for guests to enjoy. Latin Night at Palace Station begins at 9 p.m.

The new Lindo Michoacan at Palace Station will be the company’s 7th establishment and fourth Lindo Michoacan location in the Las Vegas valley. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday at 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Fridays from 11 a.m. to midnight, Saturdays from 10 a.m. to midnight and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Guests can expect lunch specials every Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
