I am so sad Rouge River is caught up in all of this. Three Rivers while a sister facility is a five star in its own right. I share concerns with personal situations with RR, But talk to the Admin, human services. I know gen. pop. does not necessarily know how, but try. They have bad apples, they know it. There are MD's in the area that should not be dog catchers. And they know it. But if you don't speak up, their hands are tied. God bless🤠✌️🇺🇸
