if schools not going to open city should rent out space rooms to teachers to tutor kids.I bet there's teachers that like to home school but don't have the space .Teachers would make more money this way the getting payed by city

Building costs are so high that it is only logical. Ed White also has the land surrounding it to expand in the future. So much money spent several years ago just to change the name of the school and now it's gone. waste $
