    Housing market remains unfavorable in El Paso County, but interest rates could fall in next year

    plus they keep dangling the carrot of low interest rates will return soon. bs, they've been saying this. they cannot and should not be advising people in the unknown. maybe they should be held accountable for their financial advice in housing like in investments. then they'd tell you the truth, they don't know!

    all bs. these housing prices should've moved back down. there is no reason they should remain high but for higher taxes and realtors telling people to hold off. if you bought when it was high, sorry for you. you bought when conditions allowed sellers to charge you what their realtor advised. now they advise to hold prices high or turn in into a rental till favorable conditions return. all bs. you don't even need to use a realtor. save yourself thousands and do it yourself.
