JUST IN: FWC confirmed 15-year-old Charles Henry Ruth and 16-year-old Michael Mastics Kirby surrendered to the Palm Beach Juvenile Detention Center in West Palm Beach. The teens are facing charges of causing pollution so as to harm or injure human health or welfare, animal, plant or aquatic life, a third-degree felony.

I don't think it makes any sense to punish these people. America sells all its recycling to China, China just dumps in in the ocean. now America's cleaning the garbage island in the middle of the Pacific. If governments can do it, people should be able to.

Fine the hell out of them take the boat for seizure because there parents did not show them rules or anything for that matter and jail time maybe they will learn some respect
