just another money grab by Orangeburg county, and they want you to believe that it is to help you find a lost dog lol how?

So how will this be enforced? Are they going door to door to see if you have dogs and cats? Are you going to have Sherriff Deputies taking away from real crimes to go door to door to enforce this ridiculous law? This is socialism at its finest. Did the citizens get to vote on this? Will the money goes toward the over crowded shelter in Orangeburg County? Shame on Orangeburg County for this. Why punish responsible pet owners to pay anything when they are already spayed and neutered. You are forcing lower income families to dump more dogs because of having to pay a fee or possibly a fine for not following this rule. Great thinking Orangeburg! Dumping dogs is already a huge issue here,now let's add some gasoline to the fire.
