Curious about annexation by the City of Sequim to incorporate this area and W. Sequim Bay Rd. closer to town on the North side where my Father-in-Laws property is currently not in town. Will this affect zoning for the entire area if annexed, or just the projected development?

I wanted to comment about the roundabout suggestion at White Feather. the exit that currently is Mark Washington Street is going to be improved, and because the city limit will be extended, that would mean that white feather and Happy Valley Road should also have an exit off of the 101 on the "Super 2" bypass there. All a roundabout would do is slow down and hinder truck traffic, which is just as important as having easy and safe access to the main highway.I have no problems understanding that roundabouts are safer than traffic signals and cheaper to maintain, but we must start thinking about commercial truck traffic at this point.
