I’d like to know who in this city can afford to buy or pay the taxes on these beautiful, luxury, expensive homes? And who do they think want to move to a crime ridden city? I’m waiting on an answer that makes sense!

They started building houses in one neighborhood and completely stopped when Covid hit leaving the neighborhood with half down houses and unfinished foundations
