Why would anyone want to live in a business area with no other housing around.

I hope it helps with the murders. It’s awful. Unfortunately, I worked construction on affordable housing 30 years ago, and it seems it’s a breeding ground for theft and dealers. I get Breonna was killed 4 years ago, and people don’t want the police. But over 440 people have been murdered in Louisville since then. I wouldn’t want less police if I was living there.
