With the voters poor track record of making good decisions for our community and voting no to new venues, I tend to disagree. when it comes to the city development and growth, leave it to the experts. This is my most humble opinion on the matter.

For that statement to be made when some of the people supporting the initiative to get this on the ballot are very involved with city politics something does not add up so let's just put it on the ballot and let the public decide that would be the easiest answer in the registered voters opinion.
