So let's become like Grant's Pass where the parks are no longer safe or usable for families. Where the homeless are just told to move every 6 or 7 days. The more open and welcoming this place becomes for the homeless, the more will come and overrun our community. Ask Coos Bay folks.Might as well start handing out needles and open a methadone clinic.All at the hands of taxpayers.

I like many of these ideas. Communities need to be able to reach out and assist. Not enough laws protecting homeless/homeowner or insurance, or time limit. They are coming up with ideas.
