  • Former Kroger security guard Gregory Livingston was found guilty of first-degree murder for shooting Alvin Motley Jr. at a Kroger fuel center on Poplar Avenue on August 7th, 2021. The shooting occurred after an argument about loud music, with Livingston claiming self-defense as his reason for the action. Eyewitness accounts, including Shedrick Weary's, detailed a disagreement over loud music. The jury listened to the complete 911 call, and Livingston now faces charges of first-degree murder.

hopefully, other security guards will think before pulling out their Weapon on people shooting them. They need to do the same thing for their police department.
