Wow they need to implement new policies and training on how not to molest children, how to report it immediately and to remove said teachers immediately. Wow this should be common sense.

This is really sad for children. if a child is abused by a parent or relative the children are taken away and the adult is punished usually a prison sentence which is fair. But a teacher who does this gets a free pass because they are a teacher. Why should you provide more training. Most school staff and other professionals are mandated reporters and required to report these situations if they are aware or become aware. You can't train a adult child molester you can only catch them based on their actions toward a student. This may be one reason parents are taking their children out of pubic schools and home schooling or enrolling their children in charter schools.
