    Ingredients:

    · 1 cup butter (room temperature)

    · ¼ cup vegetable oil

    · 3 cups sugar,

    4. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt cake pan or mini bundt cake pan and bake at 300* for 90 minutes for the bundt cake and about 45 minutes for the mini bundt pan. Check for doneness with long wooden pick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.

    5. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes. While the cake is cooling it’s time to make buttered rum sauce.

    Rum Sauce

    Ingredients:

    2 tbsp. butter

    · ½ cup sugar

    · 2 tbsp spiced rum

    · 1 tsp grated orange peel

    · ¼ cup orange juice

    Directions:

    1. In a saucepan with a heavy bottom over low-medium heat cook until it starts bubbling.

    2. Remove from heat and let cool.

    3. Turn the cake onto a wire rack and cool for another 15 minutes.

    4. When the cake is cooled transfer to a platter and spoon the rum sauce over the top and finish with the remaining orange peel sprinkled on top.

    Add a little cream and Enjoy!!!!
