Dallas to Get A New Cocktail Lounge Courtesy of the Hospitality Alliance

Hospitality Alliance is opening a cocktail lounge at 349 W Las Collins Blvd, Suite 220 , according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The filing estimates an open date sometime this fall, following the renovation of the 6,000-square-foot-space.

The Hospitality Alliance is a bi-coastal firm providing management, development and consulting services to hotels, restaurants, bars and developers.

The firm has opened and operated high profile hospitality concepts in New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, and more

Their website says, “Our seasoned team draws from extensive experience in hospitality, nightlife and entertainment venues, hotel food & beverage, event management and commercial brokerage. We have managed the operating teams of eight of the top 100 highest grossing restaurants and led the opening teams of five of the top 100 highest grossing restaurants in the United States.”
