So the land in dispute is not owned by this lady. The resort filed all the correct documents for the additional lift. Although, I’m not doubting her story about the lift placement, yeah, sorry I don’t think she has much of a case. Litigation that revolves around “it ruined my vision-of the landscape” is a rich person lawsuit. Spend your money on something that helps the community okay!
