I don't know about anyone else, but I never received any flags, messages or door tags. A guy from East Main came awhile back and said he couldn't do anything. He said he informed the village. They never said anything to me. All that came next was the letter about fines and shutoff. I called the village and set up an appointment. Hopefully, they will do whatever they need to do on that date.
