Here is a IDEA and I have seen this done in other cities. Find a building big enough for numerous restaurants ( no franchises or fast food) get together with some backers and create a town of restaurants that people who own the restaurants also own the building. Granted it has to be worked our but with so many cultures of cuisine people want it can be done. We all eat but we want great food not franchise. People want food from around the world.

We can thank your State Senators and Representatives in the “Bible Thumping State” for ALL this. Remember the BLUE LAWS? How ridiculous. Now, the insurance companies are putting out of the state and only a few are left that write these policies and THEY have conspired with each other where the business owners have NO CHOICE…..
