If this individual wants to frequently hook up with prostitutes…that’s his business!!! He shouldn’t be removed from the board unless he’s using the Board’s money to pay for his hookups. If he is constantly objecting or questioning the Board’s decisions…he also has that right! It’s a Board…not everyone is going to agree! I think it’s good that their Board is not just made up of “YES” MEMBERS!!!!
