Incompetence at its finest. Over taxed and under served Citizens of Ulster County deserve better than petty beaurocrats. Covid-19 is a perfect example of Beaurocrats failing the American People. Beaurocrats got in the middle of the Science and mucked up life for 335 million American Citizens. Stop repeating the failures of the past and use them to provide a better future. Pretend y'all care about Ulster County Citizens.
