This is totally bull, I’m a legal immigrant that came to this country and learn to speak English, my family was great full to be here and never asked for anything and never received anything free, people need to understand that schools and programs are not free we pay taxes, would love to know how many of them pay school taxes, Stamford schools are so bad now what will happen in a few years Please change to schools choices so I can use my taxes money for better schools
