When you attractmorepeopleand businesses to the area, it will put more strain on the water usage. It's just a matter of time before the water system becomes unsustainable. That's going to have an averse effect on the ecosystem. The bigger Hot Springs gets, the more crime moves into the area. Bigger population equals bigger problems.
