Same thing different day, no surprise here. Residents in the old point are doing it again, do not tread on us. They did this when V crouching was being demonstrated by city crews, a women pulled her shot gun and halted the process. The old point would if they had their way would succeed and form their own country. The storm water improvement is much needed. There is a pipe that goes no where so some yards flood after a hevey rain. If built right the pump house could become part of the landscape. Wake up and smell the coffee folks, if the city has the courage and goes through with this it sounds like it will work.
