I hope my town Superior will direct semi traffic to Winter Street as they come over or leave Superior. I think it would help local residents I Superior and Billings park if there was a one way from 28th to the QuickTrip using the R&R property to get to get on the other side of Viaduct near Superone. people already clog up Banks Av lights when they want to avoid double red lights if you take a left off of Tower, heading towards the Bong Bridge. Thank You.
