Their are no rising seas. Coastlines move but we still have the same bulkheads with the same water lines as fifty years ago. Yes when half the world was ice caps the water was hunderds of feet lower, hence all the under water citys they are finding but those glaciers are not here anymore and the water rose back hundreds of years ago over the course of thousands of years. Any ice that melts today would not even be a percentage of what has melted. But the thing is that snow caps grow every year so any melt will just refreeze at the caps
