    West Lawn, PA – John Dominick DiPersio, 74, has been charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property following an investigation by the Spring Township Police Department.

    Incident Description

    On February 28, 2024, Spring Township Police were dispatched to Weis Markets for a report of retail theft. Asset Protection personnel reported that on multiple occasions, a male and female utilized the self-checkout and failed to ring up all merchandise. The total loss to the store was $175.46. Following an investigation, DiPersio was identified and subsequently charged with the offenses.
